Data protection and data security are of paramount importance to Papa Lobster GmbH, Roonstr. 15, D-32427 Minden, Germany, Management: Mrs. Johanna Wallmann, Mrs. Antonia Schroeder, registered in the commercial register of the local court of Bad Oeynhausen under HRB 13792 B, (hereinafter "Provider"), operated website www.papalobster.com (hereinafter "Website"). The Provider respects your privacy. It collects, stores and uses personal data only in accordance with statutory provisions, in particular the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telemedia Act (TMG). The Provider shall not sell your personal information to third parties.

The Provider shall be the responsible office pursuant to BDSG (German Federal Data Protection Act), i.e. Papa Lobster GmbH, Roonstr. 15, D-32427 Minden, Germany, represented by its management (see Legal Notice).

1. Data storage

Personal data voluntarily surrendered by you - only first name, name, title / gender, address, and e-mail address to subscribe to a newsletter, see section 6 - shall be used exclusively in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telemedia Act (TMG). Your personal data shall only be collected to the extent you provide such data voluntarily.

Payment data such as bank details, credit card information or PayPal details shall not be stored. We work with Paymill where each payment must be newly issued for repeated orders.

2. No data transfer

We assure you that we shall not pass your personal data to third parties, unless we are legally obliged to do so or you have granted us your consent. As long as we avail of service providers for the implementation and management of manufacturing processes, contractual relationships shall be regulated by the provisions of the Data Protection Act.

3. Cookies

This website uses cookies should you accept their use. Cookies are placed by us as they are necessary for statistical analysis purposes of, for example, the number of visitors and pages retrieved. We assure you that no personal information such as your e-mail address, shall be collected or stored in this context. Cookie data is processed anonymously or by means of a pseudonym.
