Would you like to return or exchange a product or report a damage? You can send back all products within 14 days without giving reasons, provided that they are unused and in a perfect condition. Please test our cashmere products carefully and send them back in the original packing. Worn, used or washed articels cannot be returned.
We aim to offer high-class service also in the case of returns. Please inform us about any returns by emailing email@example.com. This enables un to find a quick solution.

The articles must be packed securely so that they do not get damaged during transport.

To handle your return quickly, please fill in the returns form (PDF available below) and enclose it to the parcel. If you have it, please enclose a copy of your purchase invoice as it may accelerate the procedure. Only a complete filled in form can be handeled quickly.
► 3. ADDRESSING THE PARCEL & BRINGING IT TO A POST OFFICE
Please close the parcel securely, write the address below, stamp it correcly and bring it to any post office.

RETURN AND REFUND
Upon receipt and control of any returned item, we aim to replace or refund them as soon as possible. We normally process the refund within 14 working days. During busy periods it may take longer for the refund to be processed, and we ask for a little patience und understanding. In case you wish to replace the items quicker, please purchase the items again online or via telephone and we will process your refund in our normal timings.
